In this short online call, you can share a little about what's bringing you to therapy and ask any questions you might have about the process. There's no pressure, it's simply a space to connect and see what feels right for you.
3. Begin Your Sessions
If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule a regular weekly time that works for you. From there, we begin the work one session at a time, at your pace.

Together, we'll explore what feels heavy or confusing. For those who carry more than one culture, language, or home, therapy can also be a space to reflect on belonging and the in-between, the quiet negotiations of living across worlds.
This is a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can bring all parts of yourself even the ones you've learned to quiet or leave behind and begin to find your way back to what feels whole and true.

For students balancing study, identity, relationships, and the pressures of becoming, therapy offers a space to breathe and reflect. Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure about your direction, our sessions are a chance to pause and make sense of what's unfolding in your own language (Arabic, English, or both).
We'll explore what it means to grow into yourself while managing expectations of family, culture, or the world around you. You don't have to have it all figured out.
This space is for you to be seen, supported, and met where you are.

I offer a calm, reflective space where you can untangle what feels heavy, confusing or out of balance. My work is grounded in compassion and curiosity, an invitation to slow down, listen inwardly, and begin making sense of your experiences in your own language and rhythm.
My approach is integrative, drawing from both psychodynamic and person-centred theories. I pay attention to how your past and relationships have shaped your sense of self while also holding space for who you're becoming. I believe that healing isn't about fixing yourself, it's about reconnecting with the parts of you that were silenced, overlooked, or made to feel "too much."
I work in both Arabic and English, and I care deeply about the ways culture, identity, and displacement shape our inner worlds. For many of us, healing means learning to hold more than one truth at once, to belong to multiple places, languages, and versions of ourselves.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and deeply human. I won't rush or analyse you from a distance, we'll move at your pace, with honesty and care. Sometimes that means sitting with uncertainty.
